Return & Refund Policy

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable.

However, a refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Incorrect amount charged due to a technical error
• Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor
• Payment successfully debited but donation not properly recorded due to a technical issue

For refund requests, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and provide:

• Donor name
• Registered email address / mobile number
• Transaction ID / reference number
• Date of transaction
• Amount paid
• Reason for the refund request

After reviewing the request and verifying the transaction, an approved refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the policies and processing timelines of the payment gateway and banking institution.

If you believe that a transaction was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately with the transaction details so that we can investigate the matter.
